A Chef de Partie is required for a small luxury red star property in North Wales.
The kitchen has been awarded 2 AA rosettes for its culinary excellent. The restaurant has around 40 covers and cuisine is modern British and Welsh in style using the best in local and seasonal produce.
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen, maintaining an organisied section, daily mise en place and service and training junior members of the brigade.
The Head Chef has a great reputation and can offer sound training and development within the kitchen. The hotel is part of a small group of luxury hotels all restaurants holding 2 AA rosettes and 3 AA Rosettes for their culinary skill.
Live in accommodation is also available with the position.
