Chef de Partie Pastry, Cambridge Hotel, £18,000 2 rosettes
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Pastry Chef, you will be required to work within the pastry section of this 2 rosette restaurant.
You will assist the Senior Pastry chef with regard to the menu design, development and implementation. You will need to be experienced in Conference and Banqueting as well as cooking everyday fresh quality food for the Restaurant
The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2, have Basic Food Hygiene and have experience in a similar establishment at Pastry chef Level
