We require a Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our brigade and work along side our Head Chef Darren Curson. This is an excellent opportunity for a person who wants to create award winning food , the candidate must have previously worked in a 2rosette property and have the flair to cook to 3 rosette standard. Covering restaurant, room service and banqueting. this candidate must be able to work both independantly and in a team and must have the ability to run the pastry section on their own under the guidance of the head and sous chef. You will also be invloced in all H&S/Food Hygiene standards in the kitchen.
