Our Client is looking for a Chef de Partie to work in a team of 4 in this popular pub / Restaurant looking to gain AA Rosettes for the food.
Using all local produce within a 50 mile radius of Shropshire. You will be working on all sections of the kitchen under the new Head Chef.
Ideally you should already be working as a Chef de Partie in a good standard kitchen but we will consider applications from good, enthusiastic and capable Commis Chefs. You will possess a real determination to work at the highest level.
Pay £14-16k+ tips
This position is 5 days a week
