The successful Chef De Partie will join our client who is a 1 Rosette standard fine dining hotel & restaurant
The Chef De Partie would join a brigade of chefs who caterer for functions up to a maximum of 300 covers
Our client is focused on high quality and profitable food & service

The Exceptional Person

This Chef De Partie Position would suit a commis chef with at least 12 months experience in a quality hotel or restaurant
