This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Commis Chef or Chef de Partie looking to gain more experience to join the team at this Country House Hotel. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible to the Head Chef, catering for about 40 covers in the AA 1 Rosette Restaurant, with 60 cover private dining, cooking modern British, European cuisine.
