ROLE DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a Chef De Partie with the relevant skills attained from working within the hotel environment or quality restaurants.    You must be a team player with good supervisory skills to enable you to assist in the day to day running of the kitchen and to ensure that a first class service is provided to our guests. Previous experience in conferencing and banqueting is required. NVQ and Intermediate Food Hygiene Training also available.
