The Exceptional Role - Chef de Partie

- Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Pastry chef in maintaining and enhancing high levels of food service and kitchen standards
- Ensure cleanliness throughout the operation
- Ensuring that food presentation and preparation are made to 2AA Rosette specifications
- To help manage controllable costs, by ensuring the section/area you are a responsible for runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Exceptional Person

As Chef de Partie the successful candidate will have developed in a similar role
You will have 1 or 2 Rosette experience in a previous role
You will be a strong and established Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie
Good people skills
Team player
Level headed working well under pressure
Stable background with enthusiasm and ability to progress
