Our Client at this prestigious Unit in Denham, Bucks is seeking to recruit an experienced chef de partie and a junior sous Chef. Ideally qualified to C&G 706/2 or NVQ2, you will be responsible for the running of the bar / restaurant kitchen.
As a chef de partie / junior sous chef you will be introducing new menu ideas and be focused on increasing the turnover and footfall in the bar / restaurant with a range of different styles of cuisine.
You will be required to work on a rota of early or late shifts within a brigade of 5.
Duties will include assisting the chefs with Breakfast, lunch and dinner service and extensive hospitality and functions
HOURS
5 Days out of 7 - 40 hours per week ( plus overtime available ) either 06.30 - 3.00 or 11.00 - 9.00pm
SALARY
??19 - 20,000 - Career progression available
Please note that a car driver is preferred as local transport does not stop near the unit
