Working for this quality modern European Brasserie part of a group, they are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Parties & Demi Chefs.
You will need previous experience within similar quality restaurants or brasseries, able to work to the highest standards.
Strong team player, passionate, flexible and an eye for detail is also required.
Position involves working 6/7 shifts per week over 5 days.
