New opening brasserie requires Chef de Parties for a newly opening bar and brasserie in Hertford.
This is an opportunity to work with some very talented Chef’s that have trained to Multi Rosette and Michelin Standard. This is a new kitchen where you will cook great local and British produce.
A salary of £16-18k is offered and live in is available.
