Chef de Rang required for fabulous red star hotel in Hampshire.

Job Role:

You will assist the Head Waiter's and management team to control and manage the Restaurant, maintaining the maximum quality standards to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and profitability. You will maintain red star rosette service at all times, offering a personal and informative service to enhance the enjoyment of the guest.
You will have excellent communication skills, be well presented and hard working, and have an excellent command of English.
