Located in delightful English countryside our client has worked hard to achieve recognition at the highest level and now seeks an experienced chef de rang to strengthen the close knit front of house team to maintain its position at the forefront of the restaurant business. As chef de rang you will preferably have experience at a minimum of 2 rosette restaurant operation.
You will be able to operate first class service skills, as such, the chef de rang must possess excellent spoken English

This positions also pays 'tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of ??1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
