Overview
My Client is looking for a Chef manager for this unit near Maidenhead. Working for a large contract catering company with genuine career progression prospects, and benefits you would expect as a valuable member of staff.

As Chef Manager you would assume various responsibilities to include;
*Preparing and cooking fresh, tasty meals
*Company book-work
*Managing a team of up to 10 people
*Cashing up at end of day
*Health and hygiene / health and safety
*Liaising with the on-site client to ensure company standards are met.

Experience
Ideally you will be a current chef manager or strong sous chef in a top quality catering environment with previous experience in running a unit, managing a team of people and be familiar with costing's, budgets and G.P's.

Salary
??17,500

Hours
37.5 hours per week on a 5/7 basis- Daytime shifts.
