Our client is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for busy unit in central Slough.

EXPERIENCE
You will need to have previous experience as a chef manager or be a strong head chef already in contract catering. You will be required to;
*Maintain standards of food and presentation, Completing company paperwork / stocktaking and ordering.
*Prepare for hospitality functions and increase existing sales
*Liaise with the client to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and dining room.
*Menu plan , cost and development.
*You must be organised, focused and self-motivated.
*City and Guilds 706/1+2 or NVQ equivalent is preferred
SALARY AND BENEFITS
??24,000 -??25,000 Depending on experience.
Monday - Friday 07.30-15.30
