Chef Manager required for prestigious Warrington based unit working for a successful contract catering company.
Successful candidate must have a proven track record in catering and management. Also required is:
*Basic food hygiene (minimum) with a sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health and Safety
*Industry recognised catering qualifications to level NVQ2 or higher.
*Standards and quality driven management style
*Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
*Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
*Computer literacy
*Great customer service skills
*A 'Can do' attitude
