Our Chef Managers play a vital role in managing and delivering a service customers will be thrilled with. Our restaurants and café areas give customers the opportunity to enjoy a range of drinks, meals and snacks in a relaxed and family-friendly environment.

Our restaurants and café areas are very popular with customers so it can get quite busy at times. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, like helping customers and can stay calm under pressure then this could be the ideal place for you to work.

As Chef Manager you’ll be driving the success of the restaurant through coaching and motivating your team to keep areas spotless and operating to the highest standards of customer service. You’ll be a hands-on manager who likes to come up with new, fresh ideas. With management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry you’ll be experienced in managing costs and will be able to think on your feet to help drives sales within the restaurant. You’ll also hold the appropriate food hygiene qualification with the ability to hold a personal liquor licence.
