This company is a branded restaurant chain that offers a faced paced environment serving large numbers of covers. The menu is simple offering good quality ingredients prepared in a central preparation kitchen.
All menus are as per a specification and there you need to be happy working in this capacity with a limited amount of creativity, but finishing the food to a high standard.
Positions of all levels are available, including:
-Prep Chef - ??5.73 per hour
-Commis - ??6.50 per hour
-Second Chef - ??7.00
-Head Chef - ??7.50
-Kitchen Manager - ??22,000 - ??26,000
Required Experience
*Previous experience, preferably in a branded environment
*High volume experience ideal
*Real drive for progression
