This fine dining restaurant which is opening in January 2009, is seeking Chefs of all levels to form a successful team. This restaurant will be serving British/European cuisine and will be using only the freshest locally sourced produce available. Ideally you will have experience within a high standard fine dining environment.

Salary breakdown as follows:
Commis Chefs - £14,000 - £15,000 per annum
Demi Chef De Parties - £16,000 - £17,000 per annum
Chef De Parties - £19,000 - £20,000 per annum
Junior Sous Chefs - £23,000 per annum
Sous Chefs - £26,000 per annum
Pastry Chefs – To be discussed

Eligibility:
