An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious BARTENDER to join the Bar team at CITY CAFé Bristol, part of the award winning CITY INN Contemporary Hotels.

As a BARTENDER you will be responsible for the delivery of our imaginative wine, cocktail lists and whiskey library. You will have real flair and passion for service and working with quality products. Attentive and proactive, previous cocktail experience is highly desirable for this role, as is knowledge of the classics. Passionate about all aspects of service, inventive and quick to respond, you will be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.

A keen interest in food and wine, enhanced by a commitment to ongoing development, will ensure a deep appreciation and enjoyment of our product can be delivered to the guest.

You will be a confident and well presented individual and your people skills will need to be exceptional along with your ability to connect and converse with our guests at all levels. Above all, your passion for people and delivering exceptional service will be the defining factors.
