As a Cluster Revenue Manager you will be working closely with the hotel teams to develop existing business and identify additional opportunities for all revenue streams including rooms and conference and events. You will play an influential part in setting rates and sales strategies and ensuring yield targets are achieved. Your systems, analytical and communication skills will enable you to support the sales teams within your nominated hotels to improve profitability through the use of systems, processes and best practice. You will also support the hotels by producing accurate forecasts and compiling statistical information to assist in the decision making process, and you will complete regular reviews of each business using the market tools available. Your ability to analyse data, preferably coupled with knowledge of the local market, will ensure we are ideally placed to capture revenue opportunities and grow our market share. Proven ability in a revenue/yield role within hospitality is seen as key to success in this role.
Whilst this role is initially offered on a contract basis to cover maternity leave, we believe there are excellent longer-term career prospects within the organisation for the right candidate. About the office
