Commis Chef - £11,500 + Live in – Suffolk Hotel – 2 rosettes
As Commis Chef you will be required to assist a very talented brigade in this rosette restaurant. We are looking for a trainee, who can work under pressure and maintain a level head.You will work under the guidance of the more senior chefs, Ensuring that the quality of food is kept to the highest, as well as the Health, Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to.

About our Client
Our Clients Hotel has 42 bedrooms all furnished to a very high standard and are decorated in a light, airy and relaxing style. Most have glorious views of the sea or the River and its surrounding marshland - some of the finest in Suffolk.
In addition to the restaurant's award of two AA rosettes, The hotel has also achieved an AA quality rating of 85%, the highest score of any three-star hotel on the Suffolk coast.
