Commis Chef required for stunning 4 Red Star luxury hotel in East Sussex. As the Commis Chef, you will be working within an outstanding Fine Dining restaurant of around 80 Covers as well as a 200 cover Conference and Banqueting facility. The Commis Chef will work within a professional kitchen brigade of 17, under the supervision of a leading Head Chef. The position of Commis Chef is open to an experienced individual with a passion for food and a strong eagerness to learn. We are ideally looking for a Commis Chef with 1/2 Rosette experience.

The Fine Dining Restaurant is popular for its outstanding variety of International Cuisine, all served to an exceptionally high standard. The position of Commis Chef will suit any candidate wanting to further their career and to make a name for themself within the industry.

*Salary ??13,000 - ??15,000
