This 4 star luxury hotel is seeking a talented Commis Chef to join its stable brigade. The hotel has a 2AA Rosette restaurant. As Commis Chef, you will be working under a Chef de Partie to create fresh modern European cuisine using only the freshest seasonal produce. You would have ideally gained experience within a 1/2 AA Rosette environment. An attractive salary of £14,000 per annum is available for the right Commis Chef.

Eligibility:

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
