Commis Chef. Our client is a 2AA Rosette hotel set in the countryside of Sussex. This exciting hotel has fine dining as well as busy banqueting kitchen which is the heart of the hotel.
Job Description
As Commis Chef you will be working within the banqueting section. You will work within the current brigade were you will learn and develop from Senior Chefs. Working on busy sections you will learn how these link to the running of the kitchen. Catering for private functions and weddings, which in peak season is the focus of the hotel.
Experience
As Commis Chef you will already hold NVQ level 1&2. You will have basic knowledge of how akitchen works knowing the order in which each section works. You will be enthusiastic about fresh food and developing your own skills within a busy kitchen.
