Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking Surrey has a vacancy for a Commis Chef.
This is a Full Time Permanent Position in the Conservatory Restaurant Kitchen which seats up to 200 people. The current brigade provide a busy lunch time service using fresh ingredients from Monday through to Sunday and also produce a variety of menu options both plated and buffet style for a wide range of conference and banqueting events.
Denbies is looking for an individual who has experience in working in a commercial kitchen and who is flexible to work 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends.
No ‘on site’ accommodation available.
