Commis Chef-Egham- To ??14,000-Mon-Fri Days

OVERVIEW

My client is looking for a commis chef for this contract catering unit Egham, Surrey. The Ideal candidate should have at least NVQ 1 /2 and / or experience as a commis chef would be beneficial.

DUTIES
*Assist the senior chefs with the prep and production of breakfast, lunch and hospitality functions
*Help keep the kitchen clean and tidy and in-line with regulations
*Ensure deliveries are collected, checked, stored and rotated accordingly
*Any other duties as directed by the chef / catering manager


EXPERIENCE
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role as a commis chef. You will need to be quick and willing. Hold a basic hygiene certificate or be willing to gain one.

HOURS
Monday-Friday -37.5 hours per week.

SALARY
To ??14,000 ( Depending on experience )
