A Commis Chef is required to join a talented brigade.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience on all sections including the preparation of vegetables, fish, meat and poultry.
You will be required to assist in preparing mis-en-place and liaising will all sections of the kitchen.
You will also have the opportunity of being involved with the set up of banqueting buffets.
We are looking for approximately 1 years experience and the desire to succed in a professional environment.
