A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy and talented team in a top class hotel with 2 AA rosettes in Gloucestershire as a commis / Chef de partie.
As Commis / Chef De Partie you will be expected to work in all sections of this busy kitchen, learning and progressing as and when required.
You will be preparing and cooking food from local fresh produce and will be working with a brigade of 5 chefs in a kitchen team.
You will need to ensure that you have the ability to be trained by other team members, take control of your section.
You will;
- Be an or very senior Chef de partie looking to progress in your career
- Have formal qualifications (NVQ 1&2 or equivalent)
- Real passion and flair for creating and cooking fantastic dishes
- Have the ability to learn and develop new skills
In return for your commitment and motivation you will be offered;
