Commis Chefs required for a small 3 Rosette fine dining property in Mid/West Wales.
The postion is an excellent opportunity for a trainee/Commis chef looking for an opportunity to learn fine cuisine to a very high standard; in a small kitchen where emphasis is on quality and not high volume. It is anticipated that the kitchen will gain a further rosette and michelin start in the next year; applicants should therefore have a desire to work and train in multi rosette or michelin star kitchens. The hotel is set in a magnificent setting and offers a chance to train under a leading chef of very high calibre. Salary is c??13.5k and is negotiable dependant upon experience. Accomodation is available.
