Our Client is seeking to recruit an experienced commis chef for their hotel / restaurant near Staines. Ideally qualified to C&G 706/2 or NVQ2, you will be responsible for assisting the head, sous and chef de parties with running the kitchen
As a commis chef you will be working with a chef de partie and ensuring the section is run as smoothly as possible during each shift.
You will be required to work on a rota of early,late or split shifts as required
Duties will include assisting the chefs with Breakfast, lunch and dinner service and extensive hospitality and functions.
HOURS
5 Days out of 7 - 45 hours per week ( plus overtime available )
SALARY
To ??13,000- Career progression available
A car driver is preferred as public transport may not be suitable for early morning shifts.
