Fine dining restaurant (1 - 2 rosette standards) with several function rooms is looking for a commis pastry chef to join their kitchen team. Rural and picturesque location on the outskirts of South West London. The commis pastry chef will prepare plated sweets for both the restaurant and private functions. The pastry commis duties include:
working under the pastry chef in charge on mise en place, and plating desserts for private functions, restaurant and private dining
preparing hot and cold canapes
ice creams, sorbets and petit fours
Pastry Commis Chef profile:
Basic pastry experience
1 - 2 rosette experience
Vocational training in pastry
Health and safety training
