Commis Sommelier required for outstanding 4 Red Star, 2 AA Rosette Country House Hotel in Hampshire. The Commis Sommelier role for the award winning Fine Dining Restaurant with around 150 covers is a fantastic opportunity to work under a highly regarded Head Chef and within a professional restaurant team of 20. As Commis Sommelier you will be reporting to the Head Sommelier and Food and Beverage Manager.
As an experienced Commis Sommelier, it goes without saying that your knowledge of wines should be exceptional and of a world class standard. Your appearance must be immaculate at all times and your customer service of a high standard. The ability to work within a team and self motivation will help the successful candidate to further their career with this fantastic opportunity.
*Salary ??13,000 - ??15,000
