Holiday Inn Stoke on Trent is a newly refurbished modern hotel situated just off the M6 at Jct 15.  This 118 bed roomed hotel has a fantastic Spirit Health Club which has a swimming pool, gymnasium, Jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has 9 meeting rooms and Traders Restaurant & Bar offering English and Continental Cuisine.

As the Conference and Reservations Administrator your role will involve filing, checking correspondance and supporting the general day to day running of the office.You will assist the conference and Reservations departments to co-ordinate and maximise conference and reservations business enquiries and bookings. You will provide the highest standards of customer service and will actively seek client feedback and sales leads wherever possible.
