Reporting to: Conference and Banqueting Manager
To set up function rooms during the night to enable efficient turnaround for early morning events.
• To set up function rooms as detailed on the internal function sheet, as required by the clients
• To ensure that all conference standards are adhered to by 7.00 am
• To keep all areas within the functions rooms tidy
• To serve any early morning food and beverages, as required

About Our Clients
An elegant modern hotel with excellent facilities, located just outside Cambridge. The hotel is a superb location for conference needs, with a range of 8 conference and banqueting rooms catering for up to 275 people. The three largest rooms are also ideally suited for weddings and dinner dances.
The Spa and Leisure Club invites guests to swim in the indoor pool, enjoy body treatments and massage, or undertake more strenuous exercise in the gym
Salary: In the Region of £11,500
