Conference and Events Manager
Our client is a national hotel organisation that is currently recruiting for a Conference and Events Sales Manager
The property is a quality 4* operation with extensive conference and banqueting facilities. My client is looking for a strong manager who can lead a team of 4, has experience with forecasting, and has experience with a number of computer systems
The Role: Conference and Events Sales Manager
Role Criteria
- Conference and Events Sales hotel experience or worked within a large conference centre.
- The Conference and Events Sales Manager will be responsible for all customer enquiries, show rounds and upselling of the hotels conference and banqueting facilities
- The Conference and Events Sales Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Conference and Events Sales Manager will be reporting directly into the hotel operations manager
- The Conference and Events Sales Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
- The successful Conference and Events Sales Manager will have experience within a similar operation.
