Scope and general purpose: To maximise all sales opportunities/enquiries through effective diary management and effectively converting enquires into sales to maximise occupancy and revenue. To ensure all clients and potential clients receive a polite, professional and effective service ensuring all hotel and company standards are maintained.

To working as part of a team to ensure that all contact with customers and guests transpires to become a reflection of the hotel’s consistent delivery of the highest quality standards of products and service.

Main responsibilities:

1. To positively approach all sales opportunities in order to maximise sales and revenue by yielding the business in order to achieve the hotel’s sales plan.

2. To exercise efficient diary management in order to manage the yield within the conference office. Ensure all forecasting is imputed correctly and updated when necessary.

3. Develop and maintain sales information through Fidelio sales and catering following the company guidelines.

4. To attend any communication meetings where appropriate to represent the sales department.
