Our client at this Coffee shop / Restaurant in High Wycombe that prides itself on Traditional Fresh food, including Homemade cakes, pastries and Biscuits is seeking an experienced Partime Cook / assistant manager to start as soon as possible.
You will need to be enthusiastic, quality driven, self-motivated and looking for a challenge.
You'll enjoy cooking using seasonal produce to create traditional English fare. You'll be responsible for day-to-day supervision including staff, training and provision of good customer care.
Cashing up the till on a daily basis will also be a part of your role.
Ideally you will have supervisory experience and work to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
The ability to organise and motivate a small team is essential.
Experience
You could be a commis chef or cook that loves baking and cooking with Traditional menus
Salary & Benefits

Hours 8.30 - 4.30
Working 3 days out of 7
You'll work 968 hours per annum (generally Friday-Sunday from March to October with the remaining hours from November to February agreed with your line manager. Although flexibility is required).
In return you'll receive a contributory pension scheme,
