Our client at this Coffee shop / Restaurant in Reading that prides itself on Traditional Fresh food, including Homemade cakes, pastries and Biscuits is seeking an experienced Cook / Assistant manager to start as soon as possible. Career Progression to catering Manager is possible
Our client has asked for good organisational skills along with good communication.

Experience
You could be a commis chef or cook that loves baking and cooking with Traditional Menus
Good all round skills are required but as with all jobs a love of food and knowledge of basic hygiene and Customer service skills are necessary.


Salary & Benefits

Hours 8.30 - 4.30
mainly working Wednesday to Sunday
The unit is open mid March to end of October and again during the Christmas period.Lecture lunches and meetings held during October and November - so there is lots of time off !!
Hours are 8.30 - 6.00 (ish) and the opening days are Wednesday - Sunday and include Bank holidays as applicable.
