Our client is looking for a demi chef de partie for this prestigious unit in Berkshire. You will need to have a real passion for food and be willing to work and learn from the best chefs the area has to offer. The ideal candidates must have had previous experience as a demi chef de partie in a fine dining restaurant of a rosette standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity to have a great name on your CV and a reference from a top class chef.
Working in a brigade of up to 32 chefs, as a chef de partie you will work your way around the different sections, once you have mastered one section then you will progress to the next. You will be working with one of the countries youngest ever Michelin star winners.

Salary
Up ??15k for the right person + Live-in is available.
Hours
5/7 days, 48 hours a week split shifts
