JOB DESCRIPTION The Chef de Partie will assist, and deputise for, the Head Chef in ensuring the ordering, receiving, costing, preparation, presentation, control and profitability of food to the standard specified by the Head Chef. Modern d cor is complemented by fresh, high quality customer service, banqueting and boardroom facilities suitable for corporate and private occasions from 2 to 1000 guests.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Demi chef de partie required to work with a very talented and experienced pastry chef, producing various high quality products, if you are keen to learn more about the fine art of chef/catering work this could be the ideal role for you. The demi chef de partie will work on the sauce section as well as the larder within the kitchen and will have the ability to prepare and serve dishes to a high standard. Catering qualifications and previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred as is Food hygiene and and basic health and safety but not essential.
