A Demi Chef de Partie is required for this excellent Hotel serving fresh food from local suppliers. This opportunity would suit a chef looking to gain knowledge of Rosette establishments. 5 out of 7 days, ALL straight shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Working in a brigade of 6 skilled chefs, the Demi Chef de Partie will assist in the produce of high quality dishes using various cooking styles and techniques. As the Demi Chef de Partie you will be trained to work through various sections in the kitchen with the ability to learn how to prepare foods to a high standard. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and a passion for food.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Catering qualifications or training within the industry are required and previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred. The Demi Chef de Partie will have a proven track record and strong development throughout their career, will express drive, success and passion for the position.
