Our client is a luxury country-house hotel, spa and country club located in Hampshire on the edge of the ancient New Forest National Park.

A great opportunity has arisen for a Demi Chef De Partie to join our dedicated Brigade of Chefs.

We are looking for a dedicated, talented, individual who is looking to develop their skills in a three rosette environment. Assisting Head Chef, Sous Chefs and Chef De Parties in achieving a high level of cuisine expected by guests staying at the hotel and maintaining a high level consistently.

You will be required to supervise, train, inspect and maintain to the highest level. Looking after the Commis Chefs.

The right candidate will be qualified to at least NVQ level 2 with at least 1 year's experience in a similar role within a hotel restaurant or similar but we welcome candidates with different lengths of experience who can demonstrate that they have the experience we require. An awareness of the standards required in a rosette-awarded restaurant and a 4 star hotel is beneficial.

Salary

??14250k

Guaranteed service charge on top of salary. Benefits include:
??70 per/week live in, own room, bathroom and breakfast living with local families. 4 weeks hols plus bank holidays. 50% of spa & boutique products. wine at cost + VAT
