This well known fine dining restaurant is looking to hire a talented Demi Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fresh Modern European cuisine using the finest ingredients available. Ideally you would have experience within a 1/2 AA Rosette environment.
As Demi Chef De Partie, you will be working under a chef de partie or sous chef to ensure the smooth running of your assigned sections. You will be involved in the development and supervision of the commis chefs. An attractive salary of £17,000 per annum is available for the right Demi Chef De Partie.
Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
