Demi Chef de Partie required for fabulous 5 Star, 3 AA Rosette hotel in Hertfordshire. The Demi Chef de Partie will be working in the Fine Dining kitchen within a professional brigade of 12. The Head Chef will be the first port of call and as the Demi Chef de Partie you will assisting the Chef de Partie in running of their own section and the training of the Commis Chefs. Working within the Fine Dining restaurant, as Demi Chef de Partie, you will be expected to have an excellent eye for detail and help to create eye catching dishes of exceptional standard.

This busy 5 Star hotel requires an experienced Demi Chef de Partie at 3 AA Rosette or Michelin Star level, who is fluent in English and who wants to gain experience in a high quality, progressive kitchen.

The Demi Chef de Partie must be passionate about all aspects of food and dining and enjoy working with the best of ingredients. This is arguably one of the finest establishments in Hertfordshire.

Salary ??16,232-??18,000
