Demi pastry chef required for stunning new restaurant near the sea. This really is the jewel in the crown as far as gastronomy goes.
The chef / proprietor has worked in some of the finest Michelin restaurants including a period at the 2 michelin le manoir ( Raymond Blanc ). He is looking for a passionate and experienced chef de partie to join his small brigade in aiming to really put the restaurant on the culinary map.
You will be part of a small team of 4 chefs catering for only 25 covers. Using the best seasonal and local ingredients to deliver world class dishes.
Candidates need to have at least 1- 2 years experience in a minimum of 2 rosette / Michelin standard.
