Marston's Inns and Taverns is the managed pub division of Marston's PLC. With over 550 pubs located throughout England and Wales we manage a diverse portfolio of businesses. With a clear ambition to expand through both acquisitions and investment within our existing estate, we are looking for experienced Pub Managers to join our team.
We operate a wide variety of pubs which include Food pubs and Community pubs.
Our food division is divided up into branded and unbranded food pubs. Branded concepts include Taverner's Carvery, 2 for 1 and Tavern Table. In addition we run unbranded formats, providing a more flexible approach to food.
Our community pubs and managers are at the heart of the community in which they are located and you will thrive on taking responsibility for developing your pub business and being the local hero in the community in which you are based.
Delivering exceptional standards in a pub business and motivating your team to deliver great service will be your aspiration. You will also understand the importance of leading and developing a great team, and be able to motivate them to achieve the best results.
