The Opportunity
As the General Manager in this young, expanding restaurant group you will have the opportunity to grow in your career along with our client as they increase in size and exposure. Our client requires a front of house focused General Manager capable of developing their stars to produce the Managers of the future for the benefit of the company.
The ideal applicant will be someone who has built a solid career as a restaurant manager and is in the business because they are passionate about service and people. They will have a solid understanding of budgets and the P+L. They will believe that the crucial factor in effectively controlling their business is to give all their guests an exceptional experience they will want to repeat time and time again.
