This stylish bar/restaurant, part of a small, highly successful restaurant group, is seeking a talented Head Chef with fine dining experience. It has a bar on the ground floor which offers an interesting short bar menu, whilst on the 1st floor there is a lovely refined dining room offering an up-scale Modern European a la carte menu.
The kitchen is on the 1st floor and well equipped. If you’re an established Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking to take charge of your first kitchen and have solid experience to 2 AA Rosette level this could be an ideal opportunity for you. The restaurant currently has 1 AA Rosette but the owners would like to increase the accolades! As Head Chef you will be responsible for menu design and kitchen management.
Candidates should be eligible to work and travel in the EEU.
