To submit an item for the new openings section, the establishment must have newly opened or reopened under new ownership within the last month. Establishments that have reopened after a refurbishment or with a new chef are rarely included. 

We need to have at least one high resolution image of the interior of the restaurant (shots of dishes or staff are not acceptable) as well as a press release giving general information about the establishment including the owners, location, interiors and food; a menu including prices; and a fact sheet indicating the following details:

• Opening date
• Owner
• Head chef
• Manager
• Designer
• Capacity
• Address
• Telephone
• Website
